My name is Katie, and I am a landscape architect who is passionate about creating unique, creative and immersive outdoor spaces.
My love of design started at a very young age. When I learned that I could combine my passion for the outdoors with my enthusiasm for design through Landscape Architecture, I knew I had found my path.
What I didn't know was how many left turns my path would take me...but I'm so thankful for each of them! Because of this, I have vast experience in residential design as well as themed design. I also have knowledge and practical experience in managing the landscape through leading crews and even doing the maintenance myself. I am thankful for all the different nooks of experience I have garnered throughout my career and even more excited for what's to come!
I am passionate about working with others toward a common goal. I enjoy leading and mentoring, and I find the more I do this, the more I get to learn as well. I thrive off of creative conceptualization and pushing the boundaries of design. I truly value working with multi-disciplinary teams to create innovative designs that push these boundaries and inspire the community.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling to as many new places as I can get to. I have always been a firm believer that traveling opens up a new world of inspiration that can directly reflect in design style. I am lucky enough to have visited 15 countries and cannot wait to explore more!
I currently reside in Southern California with my husband, two cats, dog...and many houseplants!
